Our play/player of the game was Xavier Milo. He made a
sweet dribble drive with a pump fake and scored the basket.It
reminded Coach Brannon of how Ty Lawson does it for this year’s National
Champions.
NC State (12 Boys)
Thomas (offensive player of the game) missed a lay-up from
the right and team mate, Matt Harris got the rebound. Matt missed a short three
footer, but team mate, Ryan (defensive player of the game) got the rebound made
a great pass under the basket back to Thomas who sank his second attempt! Also, Collin was awarded best sportsmanship
of the game for playing with respect to all players especially his own team
mate after having to leave the game from a hard pass to the nose.
Michigan State (12 Boys)
Matt Cooper and Sam Mellor scored early and often thanks
tothe great passing of Jackson Gill and Alec McGinnis. Reece Calhoun,
Justin Moore, EricOliver and Ridge Hardee demonstrated hard pressing
defense. Overall great team effort and everyone was involved in all parts of
the game. Thumbs up to a great Indiana rally that lead
to a great finish!

State's Anthony Casciola
had a great defensive game vs. the Tar Heels showing great hustle, was
aggressive without fouling and kept his opponents from making easy baskets.

Marcus Robitaille passed to Nathan Fisk who scored
an impressive basket and at a key time in the game.
Ohio State (34 Boys)
Julian Fitch grabbed an offensiverebound at a
critical point in the game and then scored on a jump shot.
North Carolina (34 Boys)
Ross Shirley hustled and got an offensive rebound
and then scored on a great shot with 4 defenders around him.
South Carolina (34 Boys)
Benton Bailey made an outstanding pass to Harrison
Williams who scored for the Gamecocks.
Charlotte (34 Boys)
This game went
down to the wire!! What an exciting, hard fought contest, which was decided by
a single free throw as time expired. Jay Peeler led the 49er's to a 43-42
victory.
